Membership Details

The Portland Alternative Investment Association receives its income solely from Event and Membership fees.  100% of these fees are used to pay for the cost of hosting events.  The Membership Fee Schedule is as follows:

Large Firm Membership

  • Unlimited attendees at each event
  • Transferable within the firm
  • One year duration
  • *By default you will be setup to automatically renew your membership in one year's time.  Renewal can be canceled anytime through links on your user page.

Firm Membership

  • Up to 3 attendees per event
  • Transferable within the firm
  • One year duration
  • *By default you will be setup to automatically renew your membership in one year's time.  Renewal can be canceled anytime through links on your user page.

Individual Membership

  • Single attendee per event
  • Non-transferable
  • One year duration
  • *By default you will be setup to automatically renew your membership in one year's time.  Renewal can be canceled anytime through links on your user page.

* Please note that the membership selection you make is set to auto renew annually.  You can choose to cancel the auto renewal at anytime in the future.  Once your purchase is complete and you are designated as a paid member, you can log-in to your account.  On your member page you will see a tab titled Recurring Fees.  Under this tab, you will see the link to Cancel.  This will take you to Paypal, where you can cancel the auto renewal.  You can make the decision to cancel at any point prior to the auto renewal occurring by following this process.  Please note that you will receive a renewal notice one month in advance of the auto renewal, as a reminder that your account is set to auto renew.  This will allow sufficient time to cancel the auto renewal, if desired, at this point as well.  Cancelling your membership renewal does not affect your current membership status.
